We can always find what we are looking for, someone there to lead us in the direction. Sure is nicer shopping there than at Lowe's. And their Christmas items ARE always fabulous.

M&M Hardware is the best store in town, hands down! I am continually amazed at the customer service. The employees go out of their way to assist. I'm out of my comfort zone in a hardware store, but things are easy to find at M&M, the employees make me feel welcomed (they don't get impatient or make me feel stupid), and they have a great selection of gift and/or home decorating items to help take the edge off of feeling like a fish out of water.

I love M&M Hardware. I always start there before I go to the big box stores. I'm there every few days so I don't miss the decorations and what has been added. The personnel are like family and very knowledgeable.
